During my first rip to Taxco in 2001,
I realized that I was looking at some
of the best silver jewelry that could
be found anywhere. And I wanted to share it with my friends back home.
But, the more I looked around, the more I also realized that there were different levels of quality. And this
is what got me“hooked”and has
brought me back to Taxco several
times a year since then.
All silver in Taxco is sterling, stamped .925. (Except for alpaca which I do not buy) And Taxquenos can take pride in the fact that their jewelry is all made by hand. No machines are used. For this reason, I have found it necessary to seek out q quality craftsmen.
And, in doing this,
I have met some of the most gracious, creative and professional people in town. These are people who realize the value of their craft and do indeed take great pride in their work.
As you can tell, I truly enjoy what I’am doing and I think this comes through in the pieces I choose and in my approach to selling these pieces.
It’s such a privilege to be able to work with artists from this rich
Me xi can culture, so close to my homeland, yet worlds away.
My collection represents my taste – I buy what I like and find interesting and attractive.

My favorite way to show my collection
(and impart the enthusiasm I feel about
the work) is by having small shows. I have
a small one in my home twice a year
(Seattle area) and would love to hear
from anyone who is interested in hosting
a show. It’s always a fun experience for
everyone involved.
I’Ave also created this website in order to showcase a small collection of some of the more unique pieces I buy. Some of them are original designs by contemporary artists.
As this website develops,
I plan to offer more of these pieces
and will provide more information
about the artists.

Please CONTACT ME
if you see a piece here you would
like or for more information.
Thank you for visiting
